Williams Landing Shopping Centre
Cedar Woods Properties Ltd (ASX CWP) appointed Comac in late 2015 to manage and lease the recently completed (2014) shopping centre. Stage 1 consist of 6,813m2 neighbourhood centre comrpising a Woolworths and 21 tenancies. Strategic planning is currently underway for Stage 2.
The Dunes Village
Private developer appointed Comac to review the feasibility and mix of a full line Woolworths supermarket together with 15 specialty shops and medical centre. Opened December 2016. Comac are responsible for the leasing as well as the ongoing management.
