COMAC's foundation has been built on leasing and in particular project leasing. Our scope of works ranges from maintenance leasing of existing centres to projects including waterfront restaurant precincts, neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres up to major regional centres and bulky goods.

We have a leasing team that understands the intricacies of asset management and the direct relationship leasing plays in delivering on the financial returns necessary to maintain and grow an existing asset or indeed to work closely with a developer to build a new one. There is over 80 years combined experience within our team with our senior executives having worked for major agencies and landlords including Byvan, Fitzroy’s, Savills, CBRE, Gandel Group, AMP Shopping Centres & Lend Lease.
